Bishop
Ernest Lee Moragne is a retired Engineer by profession, chosen by God to
walk in the office of Senior Pastor of Soaring Eagles Ministries.
He along with his wife, Apostle~Prophetess Janet C. Moragne, are
the founders of Soaring Eagles International Church Ministries,
headquartered in Cocoa, Florida. God
has anointed Bishop as overseer of other churches. Senior Pastor Ernest Moragne is an ordained minister, he is a vessel of honor, a man of integrity, a spiritual father of balance and a spiritual giant who teaches with great authority as he ministers to the masses. God has given Bishop Ernest Moragne a mandate to preach-teach a profound life-changing word and he delivers it in a simplistic manner geared to reach the masses. God has given Senior Pastor Ernest Moragne a double portion of the anointing to pray, and he stands firm in his gift of faith. |

Prophetess Janet C. Moragne is a native Floridian.
She, along with her husband, Bishop Ernest L. Moragne, are the
Founders of Soaring Eagles International Church Ministries, Inc., in
Cocoa, Florida. Prophetess Janet C. Moragne has been saved, spirit
filled and faithfully serving God for over 34 years. She carries the
Mantle of a seasoned and accurate Prophetess. She is anointed, ordained
and walks in her office as a Prophet to the Nations and a Prophet to the
Prophets. Prophetess
Janet C. Moragne is certified by Christian International who’s founder
is Apostle Bill Hamon. God spoke through several Major
Prophets that He was placing His mantle upon her to Birth, Train
and Activate his people to come into the fullness of the Prophet.
After praying, fasting and seeking God, she received a vision to start a
school to train prophets called “Activating GOD’S
Prophets,” with the first graduating class in 2004.
Apostle Prophetess Janet C. Moragne derives her most joy in the ministry when she is evangelizing through revivals, various trainings, conferences, marriage seminars and leadership training. She is considered by many to be a Pastors’ Pastor! Prophetess Moragne and her husband have traveled extensively across the United States, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean to Evangelize the Word of God and to do extensive teaching on the Prophetic.
